Two friends Jon and Joe who shared a love of movies and ended up working together, and who built their own company to make commercial films and animation.
As the company grew, so did the team. And our team came to fit like a jigsaw piece with the needs of our clients.
We became a media partner creating beautiful films that inform, influence and inspire, snappy social media content, stress free video production, commercials, explainer animations, photography, podcasts and live events.

JOE SARGIESON
Commercial Film Maker
Co-founder of JayJay Media, Joe has produced video and animation for some of the UK's biggest brands, businesses and organisations.
He has multiple broadcast credits in a variety of roles, including producer, director, camera operator and editor.
Joe has also lectured in Film & TV at Degree level at Hull School of Art & Design.
JONATHAN FELL
Commercial Film Maker
Jonathan co-founded JayJay Media in 2008 following a 17-year career in video production which had taken him around the world producing films for global brands.
Combining experience and creativity with modern production methods was at the heart of Jonathan’s vision for JayJay Media, and remains true to this day.
Jonathan is also a qualified aerial drone pilot and film maker.
KYLE BARMBY
Head of Animation
Kyle joined the team at JayJay Media after graduating in 2013 and has responsibility for animation and video editing.
Kyle has edited many hours of broadcast TV and commercials
now oversees production of 2D, infographic and 3D CGI animations for high profile brands and organisations.
PHIL CULKIN
Editor
Phil joined JayJay Media with almost a decade of experience of editing under his belt.
Editing for Television, online formats, socials and cinema adverts among others, Phil brings his understanding of the different formats to make the project shine.
Talk to him about video colouring and aspect ratio's if you want to lose an hour of your life. He also Drinks tea. Lots of tea.
