‘Buswise’ is a partnership scheme between East Riding of Yorkshire Council, schools, parents, pupils and local bus companies. The scheme aims to ensure that everyone has a safe and pleasant journey using either the school bus or public transport.

Two films were commissioned to promote the scheme and deliver important messages about safety and responsibility to different stakeholder groups. 

Following JayJay Media’s involvement in the production of a 10 minute ‘ghost story’ film aimed at 10 and 11 year olds, we were commissioned to produce BusWise II, a ‘driver version’ aimed at training drivers. A mix of professional actors and school children were cast and we shot the films both on location and in the studio to an original script. The films are shown as part of education and training programmes in schools and at bus companies.
