When global chemical company Croda looked to develop their exclusive European recruitment programme, they chose JayJay Media to produce and deliver a series of films to promote and explain the programme to potential applicants.

The result was ‘Aspire’ a series of nine films, either to watch individually online or be shown as a whole to audiences at recruitment events.

Filming took place with at locations across the UK with recruits from as far afield as Italy, Germany and even India. We felt that to engage the audience it was important to communicate peer-to-peer, so we chose to base the films on interviews with recruits currently on the graduate scheme and let them describe their experiences in their own words.
